Baltimore to use police surveillance planes in controversial pilot program
Baltimore will soon begin a pilot program using private surveillance planes to help solve and deter violent crime. Other cities are also considering using the small planes. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez travels to Dayton, Ohio to meet with the head of Persistent Surveillance Systems, the company behind the technology, to learn how it works.
