Affordability is the highest priority in the company’s mission. Therefore, we are using low-cost laser powder bed fusion (LPBF), metal FDM (fused deposition modeling), metal binder processes, and laser wire fed DED (Directed Energy Deposition) to either reduce manufacturing cost or provide repair processes of critical structural components.
Hyphen Innovations has nearly two decades of experience in turbine engine structural design, materials/component testing, advanced manufacturing methods, and Department of Defense (DoD) procurement activities.
